| | MORTGAGES Do you have now or have you had one or more mortgages in the last 20 years or so? The mortgage contract document may have been set up illegally, initial start fees, exit fees, charges added may have been excessive. Even if the mortgage(s) has been redeemed you may still be entitled to compensation for your present and past mortgages - let us check for you. | |
| CREDIT CARDS Do you have (or have you had) U.K. credit cards that commenced before April 2007? Once again compensation may be due to you. Excessive charges may have been added by the lender. The contracts for these cards may have been set up illegally and would not be enforceable in court. These claims are irrespective as to whether they are still operational.
